MBS flipchart

Summary

The Victorian Department of Health produced an MBS resource about items related to chronic disease and mental health care for primary healthcare agencies entitled Summary of new Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) item numbers: general practice and allied health. This resource is also known as the MBS flipchart.

The MBS flipchart has now been updated to include new relevant items, changes to existing items and revised rebate amounts current as at December 2011. In the updated MBS flipchart, the relevant MBS item numbers, their applicability to clients and their business rules have been summarised and provide an excellent resource for all primary healthcare agencies.
