Improving the environment for older people in hospitals: An audit tool

Summary

This audit tool was developed as part of an initiative to support the Victorian Government’s implementation of its policy, Improving care for older people: a policy for Health Services. The audit tool enables health services to perform environmental audits and to develop action plans for improving the physical environment for older people accessing their services, thereby fostering a safer, more accessible and comfortable environment.
